In principle, on-site and online language of this Users Meeting will be Japanese. Presentations from overseas will be available to on-site and online participants as video presentations. For overseas presenters and participants, presentation videos in English will be available on demand.

Manuscript
We will prepare proceedings for the User Meeting, so please cooperate in submitting your manuscript. The proceedings will be distributed to the meeting participants only.
Manuscript should be within two pages in A4 size. There is no limit to the number of figures and tables. The format will be announced later.

Presentation Video
Presentations from overseas will be given by video presentation on site, so please submit your presentation video. The video will be available on-demand for overseas participants.
