In principle, on-site language of this Users Meeting will be Japanese. Presentations from overseas will be available to on-site participants as English video presentations. For overseas presenters and participants, presentation videos in English will be available on demand.

We will prepare proceedings for the User Meeting, so please cooperate in submitting your manuscript. Manuscript should be within two pages in A4 size. There is no limit to the number of figures and tables. The format will be announced  later.

Presentations from overseas will be given by video presentation on site, so please submit your presentation video. The video will be available on-demand.

Deadline: November 8, 2024
Video duration: Around 10 minutes
